Mickey Mouse Restaurant - Play February 21, 2009

The nausea of the existence in the saturated lower middle class leads to the strong feeling of getting attracted towards the hypnotic novelty of modernism –which assured the fulfillment of dreams and expectations. But consumerism, which disguised behind the mask of modernism, gave birth to confusions. This lower middle class youth could neither completely get rid of the old nor did the new lifestyle incorporate them. The protagonist in this play is in the same phase and represents today’s dislocated youth.
