Join singer-songwriter Mick Reed and Casey Abrams for a live performance at NYC’s Parkside Lounge on February 24, 2011 at 8pm.

The show will feature songs from Abrams’ new album, Oh, You Kid! (Released on January 25) and Reed’s sophomore album, Goodnight, Texas (Released on February 1).

Goodnight, Texas, is the follow-up to Mick Reed’s cameo-studded debut, Courtney’s Farm. Goodnight, Texas is a carefully-crafted work of pure Americana in which the accomplished New Englander, who has recorded with such artists as Hugh Pool and multi-platinum selling jazz singer Madeleine Peyroux, presents tales imbued with nostalgia, hope, and yearning that celebrate the human heart in all its grit and beauty.

Casey Abrams is a Southern-bred (and Boston-based), singer-songwriter/multi-instrumentalist who is a listener and a collector of music. He distills 200 years of American music to craft his electrifying new album, Oh, You Kid!.
