MGCCC offers ACT math workshop at Jackson County Campus December 6, 2008

The mathematics department at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College’s Jackson County Campus in Gautier will offer an ACT Math Prep Workshop for students planning to take the National ACT test. This preparatory program is scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 6, 8 a.m.-noon, in the lecture hall of the Natural Resources and Environmental Studies Building. The workshop is designed to provide a review of the basic principles of algebra, geometry and trigonometry example ACT test questions.

To register, visit the Jackson County Campus Continuing Education Office, located in the Admissions, Counseling and Career Center Building, room 203, or visit www.mgccc.edu, click Continuing Education, and then click registration form. Complete the form, and submit it with your credit-card payment. A $40 workbook is included.
