On the occasion of the publication of George Grayson’s book, Mexican Messiah: Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, Hudson’s Center for Latin American Studies in partnership with the College of William and Mary, will host an event to discuss the current political climate after the close presidential elections of July 2006. Mexico faces a critical juncture in its domestic policies and its relations with neighbors to the North and South. Joining us to discuss these issues are the book’s author, George Grayson, and two highly esteemed Mexico analysts, Enrique Bravo and Francisco Gonzalez.
