Metro Landmarks Commission hearing for Colonial Gardens August 19, 2008

The Metro Landmarks Commission hearing regarding the landmark petition for Colonial Gardens will be taking place at the Iroquois High School auditorium at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, August 19. Iroquois High is at 4615 Taylor Blvd.

This meeting is about the merits of landmarking this property -- basically whether the historical and architectural facts about the building back up its "landmarkability" (for loss of a better word). Discussion about what might be developed on the property is not a part of this particular hearing.

This hearing is open to the public.
