Philharmonia Baroque Orchestra makes its Mountain View Center debut with a world premiere by Dead Man Walking composer Jake Heggie, featuring acclaimed soprano Isabel Bayrakdarian and legendary actress and vocalist Patti LuPone. "To Hell and Back" is a cantata on the myth of Persephone in the underworld and is the first commission in the history of the Philharmonia Baroque. A once-in-a-lifetime experience!
