Mesa Encore Theater : Bye Bye Birdie October 28, 2010

A famous musician is about to go off to join the army, but before he does, he drops by a small town to put on a final show, where he winds up taking up with some local teenagers. The show took home four Tony Awards when it first came out, and features music and lyrics by Charles Strouse and Lee Adams.
