Nami San Joaquin County Tracy Satellite
is a local support group for individuals and families and friends who are caretakers or know someone living with a mental illness. Or have a mental illness themselves and are wanting to learn new coping skills. There is no cost or registration . We meet 1st and 3rd Monday of the month at 7pm and for families and individuals with mental illness and 1st and 3rd Wednesay at 10 am.for peers only. Refreshments are provided. Join us you are not alone.

NAMI Tracy Family and Peer Learning Together (this is a new group) go in hang out see if anyone shows up make a connection. Something new, lets give it a go.
