Menahem Pressler and Richard Stoltzman November 20, 2010

Two of chamber music’s finest appear for an evening featuring Menahem Pressler performing Mozart’s Piano Concerto No. 17, K. 453 and Richard Stoltzman performing Mozart’s Clarinet Concerto, K. 622. Together the duo will present Brahms’ Sonata No. 2 for Clarinet and Piano, Op. 120. Pressler, one of classical music’s most distinguished and honored pianists, was co-founder of the revered Beaux Arts Trio. Two-time Grammy winner Stoltzman, is considered one of the world’s foremost clarinetists and is known for bringing the instrument to the forefront of modern classical music.
