The Anita N. Martinez Ballet Folklorico will present ?Memories of May/Memorias de Mayo,? a story about Cinco de Mayo as seen through the eyes of one family living in Puebla during that fateful May in 1862. Led by the patriarch Tomas, the family struggles through love and loss, war and peace in this uplifting and educational full-length Folklorico Ballet. Matinee performances 10 and 11:45 am at Dallas? historic Majestic Theatre located at 1925 Elm St., Downtown Dallas. Tickets are $5 general admission. A
May 4, 2006 7 pm performance will also be held at the Majestic Theatre. Tickets for the 7 pm show are $10 for adults and $6 for children.
