British Columbia is the theme of this programme, with music that paints pictures of our Pacific province, including three premiere performances. The composers are also from BC - Imant Raminsh A Northwest Trilogy, Stephen Chatman Five BC Folksongs, Jon Washburn Six Songscapes, Bruce Ruddell Vigil, Hal Beckett The Last Wild Salmon and Larry Nickel When I think of Bridges. As a bonus, hear the youthful voices of the Focus! college and university singers as they join with the professional vocal artists of the Vancouver Chamber Choir.
