The exhibition 'Melody of Color' as melody is to music, color is to art vividly blends the conscious and the subconscious mind. As melody from Krishna's flute, Lata's songs, Ghalib's gazals, Jackson's pops, Beethoven's notes stays forever without an end, the appeal of paintings by the artists in the show will linger in one's memory forever. The music from the flute of Krishna seems to be ringing in your ears. While the conscious mind cannot see Krishna in the paintings, the subconscious mind seeks to rise above wordly delusion and mingle in the supreme bliss of different melodies implanted in our mind over the years which are eternal and will never wash out of our minds. The music seems to flow out of these paintings, such is the expertise in using colors in a harmonious way. As human feeling of joy, ambition, hope, love, ecstasy, memories all find expression in immortal melodies, likewise a vast gamut of emotions surface in the paintings, conjoining, intersecting and colliding with each other. Colors in the paintings touch the soul being lyrical and takes you in world of fantasy which is sublime in nature, thus creating a lasting impression on the mindscape of human canvas. The gorgeous and amazing range of colors cannot leave your mind indifferent. The spontaneous overflow of powerful emotions in the paintings in different mediums presents a convergence of expression of nature, human forms, abstracts, lines and colors.
