MEJOR Communities 5K Fun Run April 11, 2009

Come support MEJOR Communities work improving the health of rural Peruvian communities through youth empowerment and education. We are beginning an exciting new project in June and need to raise $6,000 by April 15th to make that happen! Read all about it at www.mejorc.org

This is a fun 5K run or walk. The run will take place on the "Springwater on the Willamette" Trail, beginning and ending at the Sellwood Riverfront Park. We will have live music, t-shirts, and prizes.

There will be three groups: Runners, Walkers, and a Family walk/run. Although these "races" won't be timed, the first three finishers from each category will win a prize! Runners will begin at 9am. Register at our website, http://www.mejorc.org/events.html, and be sure to get a T-Shirt! You must register by March 31, 2009.
