Hailing from Seattle, Washington, Meisce has been together since October of 2002, combining elements of Irish folk, gypsy, Eastern European klezmer, and punk rock, among other influences. The band features Pete Jay (vocals), Rob Hanna(guitar), Noah Birnel (accordian), Ryan Amaya (drums), Andrew Knaff (mandolin), Nate Diederichs (bass) and Mitchell Johnson(fiddle).
