Meeting global challenges: the role of first movers and new coalitions December 10, 2008

In the second of a series of events developed in conjunction with the WWF, we look to further the debate on the role that societal values play in driving and constraining responses to global challenges such as: climate change, the peril to endangered species and habitats, and the unsustainable consumption of the world's natural resources.

Join the discussion of the role of the first movers. What are the dangers of being a first mover? And what are the possibilities offered by new coalitions? Our panellists are at the forefront of this debate and will discuss the pros and the cons of being first, and how we all might pave the way for others to follow.
