Sonnet & Savannah ~Chanelle Wine Wineries
Acclaimed winemaker Tony Craig, had received much notoriety during his twelve years at David Bruce Winery. The Pinot artiste extraordinaire then decided to launch Sonnet, his own label and has taken on the responsibilities of winemaker at Savannah Chanelle Vineyards in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Tony Craig, will present and discuss an array of exquisite wines from both his own label Sonnet and from Savannah Channel.

First Course: Trio of Beets
daubed in a herb marinade and sprinkled with roasted pistachios, chevril goat cheese and aged truffle laced manchego cheese

thin slices of raw filet mignon lightly encrusted with smoked black peppers topped with arugula, freshly grated parmesan and anointed with truffle oil
