It's been way too long since I prepared this Mediterranean Lamb. A whole leg of lamb seasoned and roasted until the outside is crispy. (My mouth is watering just writing about it) Served with some delicious mediterranean sides, and of course, flan for dessert.

Appetizer:
Pan Fried stuffed Phyllo rolls with sherry dipping Sauce

Main:
Crispy Roast Leg of Lamb
White bean salad
Tomato Salad with mint

Dessert:
Lemon and Cinnamon scented Flan.

Beer and Wine for the table.
