Meditation Workshop May 10, 2008

The greater New York center of the Shri Ram Chandra Mission is holding an introductory workshop to explain the benefits of meditation and a simple, heart-based system, called Sahaj Marg, or the "Natural Path." SRCM is a non-profit organization with a presence in 90 countries and has been engaged in teaching Raja Yoga meditation since 1945. Founded in India, the system is offered free of cost to seekers worldwide, and is practiced by individuals of diverse nationalities, religions, and socio-economic backgrounds.
