NOTE - THERE WILL BE NO CLASSES APRIL 1ST AND 8TH

Classes are suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators. Everyone is welcome. During the classes teacher Leanne Bao will explain how to meditate and will give practical instructions on how to use meditation and Buddhist understanding to reduce stress and other problems encountered in daily life. The classes are self-contained so you can drop in any week.
