Meditation and More is a Christian Spiritual Group committed to helping you develop “Spiritual Wisdom” by the development of a deeper relationship with God. We are of no specific religious tradition, however, the teachings of Jesus the Christ are respected and taught here. We utilize tools such as prayer, meditation, contemplation, prophecy, and affirmations to develop a strong union with God. Practices such as energy healing, aromatherapy, and healing touch are also utilized to facilitate this journey into the soul.
As one Learns about God, a Connection with God is made, and the soul is ultimately Transformed. In order for this to happen, one must go beyond the senses, beyond the intellect, and beyond the imagination to obtain a pure spiritual experience that will unify the soul with the Creator. Today the shift is from the head to the heart center. Truth dwells within us and all you need are the tools to access it. We offer a Spiritual Prayer and Meditation Group on Friday evening, Workshops, Seminars, and Retreats, and Spiritual Counseling by appointment.
