Sunday March 21, Tuesday March 23, Wednesday March 24, 7-11pm

A week of completely meatless gourmet dinners will be featured at supperclub, San Francisco's most daring and provocative restaurant.

Served to guests while they lounge on supperclub's famous roman-style beds, the special Vegetarian Week will offer 3 and 4-course surprise menus plus a special menu of health-oriented and eco friendly cocktails featuring VeeV Acai Spirit. Made with Acai, the world's preeminent "superfruit," VeeV Acai Spirit is naturally rich in antioxidants and heart-smart anthocyanins. As an extra treat, guests will be offered Jolly Llama Sorbets, a low-fat frozen fruit confection that is 100% natural, gluten-free, and made with no artificial sweeteners.

Guests will be entertained by supperclub's captivating array of live performances, original videos, fine art, and beguiling music mixed by resident DJs. Following dinner service, the healing arts will also be offered, with shoulder, back, and foot massages from supperclub's in-house massage therapists.

"supperclub was conceived to be a showcase for all varieties of art, and that includes the culinary arts," said supperclub's General Manager, Edme Straver. "Our Vegetarian Week is an opportunity for our chef to demonstrate his ingenuity and show how innovative and satisfying a meatless evening can be."

A recent dinner included a piquant Beet, Carrot & Micro Greens Salad served atop a smoking dry-ice platter, a silky Cream of Cauliflower Soup served in a gleaming chrome dog bowl, Crispy Tofu with Tamari Braised Bok Choy & Fennel Mousseline, and a luscious Vegan layer cake.

"supperclub is always full of surprises-and that's part of the fun," added Straver. "In addition to our unique ambiance and entertainment, our Vegetarian Week is an opportunity for our guests to try delicious foods in unusual ways that they may have never experienced before."
