James is founder of lead generation company Qualifa, who provide sales leads for technology and digital media businesses. Prior to that, he spent four years as Sales Director at Madgex where he helped to grow the company into a £4million turnover business with major outsource deals from the likes of The Guardian, News International and Incisive Media. He has 15 years sales experience with companies such as Nortel and T-Mobile.
