'McDonald's Gospelfest' is an annual celebration of gospel music and talent competition. 'McDonald's Gospelfest' is a talent competition that features choirs, steppers, praise dancers, soloists, rappers and poets. Rising stars of all colors, ages, cultures and faiths compete in a variety of categories in regional auditions, including Soloists, Youth Choir, Adult Choir, Praise Dance, Step, Singing Groups, Gospel Comedians, Gospel Rappers and Gospel Poets, for a spot at the final performance where they will appear with superstars of the genre.
