Masters of Digital Media Information Session at Emily Carr University October 22, 2008

The Masters of Digital Media (MDM) program is a 20-month professional graduate degree. Our students gain practical team-based experience through industry-relevant curriculum and real-world industry-funded projects.

MDM students have diverse backgrounds ranging from fine arts to film to computer science. They work together to develop essential project management skills, preparing them for careers as creators, practitioners and senior managers in the rapidly-growing video game and digital media industry.

Graduates receive a master's degree bearing the seals of Vancouver's four major post secondary institutions - the University of British Columbia, Simon Fraser University, Emily Carr University of Art + Design, and the British Columbia Institute of Technology. We are housed in the Centre for Digital Media on the Great Northern Way Campus in Vancouver - a spectacular city and digital media hub.
