Many do not adjust well to change. In fact, not everyone welcomes it. Some resist change, even fight it and will most likely pay the penalty for adopting this stance.

Mastering change is not an event; it is an ongoing process (as it is with chaos). Change is mandated for many reasons. Examples would be new technology, finances, customer demands, generational changes, updated products and services, new lifecycle, government regulations, mood of the countrythere is not a shortage of causes. Organizations avoid change for many reasons: ignorance, arrogance, stubbornness, stupidity, fearfulness, satisfied with where they are, doesnt understand the need or the benefits.
