Master Chief and Vice Admiral Williams: Navigating the Seven Seas February 23, 2011

Authors Master Chief and Vice Admiral Williams will present their new Naval Institute Press book, 'Navigating the Seven Seas,' followed by a Q&A and book signing. This book describes how two high-achieving African Americans in the U.S. Navy navigated through the ranks by employing what they call the "Seven Cs" of leadership: Character, Competence, Courage, Commitment, Caring, Communicating, and Community.
