Masks, Mischief & Molière: A Demonstration & Discussion on Commedia Dell’Arte December 11, 2012

Blackbird Theatre and Vancouver Public Library present Masks, Mischief & Molière, a free event, discussion, and demonstration of the traditional Italian theatre form Commedia Dell’Arte on December 11 at 7pm in the Alice McKay room at the VPL Central Library. Artistic Directors Wayne Specht (Axis Theatre) and John Wright (Blackbird Theatre) will provide insight into the uproarious theatre style and how it will be integrated into Blackbird’s upcoming production of Don Juan.
