Marshall Goldsmith School of Management Hosts A full day “Creating Enduring Value: Cradle to Cradle Innovation and Design" workshop June 30, 2009

Marshall Goldsmith School of Management presents a full day workshop with Alliant alumna Lisa Friedman, Ph.D.,and Laszlo Gyorffy who make up the unique team of the world-class instructors. They are principals in the Enterprise Development Group (EDG) who bring innovation best practices and sustainable design principles to their clients around the globe. These are the first in what will be a series of public and private programs we will be offering through MGSM Executive Education in 2010-2011. During the pre-conference session, EDG will be joined by special guests from McDonough Braungart Design Chemistry (MBDC).Creating Enduring Value is an interactive workshop blending EDG’s innovation best practices with the Cradle to Cradle framework developed by William McDonough and Michael Braungart to create the next industrial revolution.

We are living in a unique moment in time, and Cradle to Cradle principles provide inspiration and guidance on how to use eco-innovation as a driver of new product development, enhanced quality, competitive advantage, revenue growth, and brand benefit. The program offers practical answers for how business and the environment can thrive—together.

Through video-based case studies, expert insights, and team exercises, EDG’s facilitators will educate and challenge participants to transform their thinking and innovate for the future. This workshop was developed in collaboration with MBDC and William McDonough + Partners Architecture and Community Design.
