Speakers’ Profile

Mr Arthur Ling is the director of TOUCH Family Services and has more than 20 years of experience in counselling, facilitating parenting groups and conducting marital programmes. He is a trained social worker in Family and Marital Therapy and has a Masters in Applied Psychology.

Mr Anthony Tse is an established wealth management practitioner who specializes in providing financial advisory services to working professionals and families. Anthony is a regular seminar speaker at marriage preparation courses, financial planning talks in community and corporate seminars for working professionals.
