Marquise Knox is from St Louis. He was nominated as one the top blues bands of 2006. He has won the 2006 Blues Royale competition (acoustic division). Marquise plays guitar as he can express himself by playing the strings any way that he wants to. He has written many songs, including "Fourteen Year Old Blues" and "Big Daddy Boogie."
