The 3rd Annual Maritime Heritage Festival will take place July 24-26th at the RiverPlace Marina & Docks in downtown Portland. The festival is free to the public and includes displays of incredible vintage boats, vintage style water-skiing demonstrations, water safety info and tours of LCI 713, Sea Scouts, and US Coast Guard cruisers.
In the midst of one of the most dynamic cities in America, the Maritime Heritage Festival has become one of the premier events of its kind, featuring vintage pleasure boats, naval ships, "work boats," kayaks, eco-friendly watercraft.
The events kick-off on Friday, July 24 with a tall boat flotilla on the Willamette river.
