* Costume Contests for all ages, costumes not required - unless you want that 1st prize of a free art class!

* Dancing to live Jazz

* Movie for the kids, Silent Auction for charities and LHS Scholarship fund,

* Catering by Walldorff's,

* Crowning of the King and Queen of Mardi Gras-- for youth, teen and adult age categories

* Live Jazz by Mark Ramsey & Savannah, Jazzam! , and the Ed Englerth Band

A limited number of Tickets on sale at:
Walldorff's, State Grounds, Expressions Dance Studio, and Laura's HEArt Studio.

Due to the economy, Ticket prices have been reduced!

Adults: $15
Youth (ages 5-17): $10
Family: Two Adults and two Youth - $50, and $8 per additional youth

There are only a limited number of tickets, so be sure to get your tickets in advance.
They're going to go fast and will be all sold out by Wednesday the 18th!

1st, 2nd & 3rd Costume Prizes for all age groups!
Crowning: there will be the traditional Mardi Gras King Cakes on the Desert table, one for each age group. The secret of crowning the next king and queen is to be discovered for all.

Silent Auction: All Local businesses and Artists are invited to donate items up for bid, to raise $ for the Laura's HEArt Studio Scholarship Fund, for Mayor Bob May, and for Breast Cancer Research in honor of Laura's sister, Diane Doty, who is battling stage 4 breast cancer - since September of 08.

Twenty-five items are now up for bid. These items range from Area Business Gift Certificates to:
Anne's Health Foods, The Shanty, Photographic Memory, Sunshine Studios, Leask Photography, Salon 37,
two blue spruce trees delivered and transplanted from KLAS Firewood, Four Free Art Classes from Laura's HEArt Studio, Laura's Iris painting, a number of local artists' paintings, hand thrown pottery, artfully made textile items, and more!

Get a tax deductible donation receipt and help us make that 45 items today! Auction Items will be received till the 20th.
