Marching to Freedomland February 23, 2007

A dramatic and musical journey through the civil rights "moo-vement" depicts the struggle through fearful, tragic and angry to courageous, poetic and triumphant words and deeds. The young cast of Fresh Visions Youth Theatre Company presents this panoply of events and the underlying realities of life in aparthied America as a living history lesson. Having indeed traveled far from where Martin, Rosa or Fannie Lou began "Marching to Freedomland," the struggle continues.
