This book was a remarkable read because I learned so much from it. I cried so many times because I never thought such young children could tolerate so much pain. I still do not understand how a father could damage his family like this, however, it is very common in our society today but no one sees the reality of it. Every day, children who are abused go to school and you would never suspect it unless they seek help. In Our House was very difficult to take in because the whole truth was revealed. I hope this book becomes a movie because it would be fantastic.
