While the nightclub scene is often littered with an over-abundance of self-proclaimed “celebrity DJs”, Tony Martinez is the real thing. He was called upon by Goldie Hawn to DJ her daughter’s (Kate Hudson) surprise 30th, an epic gala which boasted the likes of Justin Timberlake, Cher, Gwenyth Paltrow & Chris Martin, Adam Sandler, Owen Wilson, Jessica Alba, Ashton & Demi, Cameron Diaz, Leonardo DiCaprio…the list goes on.

Seriously, if you can name a celebrity, chances are they’ve witnessed Tony Martinez behind the wheels of steel. After the Laker’s won their NBA championship in 2010, he dj’d Ron Artest’s hip-hop performance with T-Pain at SBE’s “The Colony”, accompanied by hip-hop heavyweight Drake. It is not uncommon either to, let’s say, find Tony supplying the music on an episode of MTV’s “The Hills”. Just recently, he was behind the wheels with Ne-Yo, djing his impromptu performance at Drai’s Hollywood alongside Jamie Foxx.

With thsi impressive track record of clients and appearances it is clear that Tony has become one of the top party rockin’ DJs on DECKSTAR, the agency created by the great DJ AM, and one of the best on the West Coast.
