As more 'Millennials' (age 28 and younger) enter the global workforce with very different attitudes, ideas and demands and Baby Boomers approach retirement, learning and adapting to different management styles is critical for all companies.

Whether from Silicon Valley or outside of the US, company executives, HR managers and service providers will gain a greater understanding of and techniques for working and communicating with team members of the 'workforce of the future' - Millennials, Gen X-ers, Baby Boomers and Traditionalists.

This program will give you answers to:

How do employees from each of the generations really view one another and the workplace?
What are the greatest challenges in working in a multi-cultural environment and how can you reduce the impact these have on your organization and career?
Why Millennials and Gen X-ers have different reactions to traditional management approaches and communications.
How can each of the generations most effectively communicate with one another and inter-generational co-workers?

Value to Attendees:
Workshop attendees will leave this session with an improved understanding of the drivers, needs and challenges faced by employees across generations.
