A core activity in any consulting project is the collection and analysis of data leading to the formulation of recommendations and proposed actions for business decision making. This workshop covers qualitative and quantitative research methods and procedures. The qualitative approach covers in-depth interviews, focus group discussions and related methods and techniques. The quantitative approach includes questionnaire design, sampling design, conducting fieldwork as well as data coding and electronic data processing (EDP).
