'Mame' is a musical version of Patrick Dennis' novel 'Auntie Mame.' The unpredictable whirlwind named Mame finds herself made guardian to her ten year old nephew, but she does not let that slow her down. Rather, she manages to show the boy how life ought to be lived. The show features music and lyrics by Jerry Herman, and a book by Jerome Lawrence and Robert E. Lee. Featured songs include 'It's Today,' 'Open a New Window,' 'My Best Girl,' 'We Need a Little Christmas,' 'Mame,' 'Bosom Buddies,' 'That's How Young I Feel' and 'If He Walked Into My Life.'
