Malden Public Library Book and Bake Sale October 25, 2008

The Friends of the Malden Public Library are holding their annual book and bake sale Saturday, October 25, from 10 am to 4 pm. Malden Public Library, 36 Salem St., Malden. For more information, please call 781.324.0218. Hardcovers ($1.00) and paperbacks (50 cents) are available in abundance, as are children's books (25 cents apiece, or 5 for a dollar). Nonfiction is sorted by subject and fiction is alphabetized by author. Preview night, for Friends members only, takes place Friday, October 24, from 6 pm to 9 pm. New memberships and renewals ($10) will be taken until just before the preview. All proceeds benefit the library.
