Making Books Sing Crew Kick Off Party May 1, 2007

Join culturally diverse and sociable young professionals (25-45 year old) New Yorkers as they kick off the first Junior Committee for Making Books Sing. The 11-year old family theatre arts and literacy organization creates original theatrical productions and education programs for children, Pre-K-8th grade, in the NYC public school system.
The kick-off event will consists of: Complimentary ABSOLUT Cocktails by SORTIE, Tasty Mediterranean Cuisine, Music by DJ Sematic of Ransom Reps, Live Raffle Drawing with prizes from: B.B. Kings Club, Blue Note, Catering by Javier, Harlem Stages, Highline Ballroom, In the Heights/37 Arts, Keistar, and prizes to come.
