Reach out, speak out and get rowdy at the “Make Noise to Save a Life” benefit and dance at the House of Blues Boston. This event will raise awareness and funds for the Samaritans, a local suicide prevention and support organization that serves the greater Boston and Metro West communities.

Master mixer and top 20 DJ, Joe Bermudez, who has remixed tracks for Britney Spears, Kelly Clarkson, Shakira, Taylor Swift, and others, will spin tunes and pump up the more than 1,000 high school and college students expected to dance and raise awareness and funds for suicide prevention and support services.

Suicide is a silent crisis. Family and friends affected by suicide often suffer quietly and alone. To combat that, event participants are encouraged to wear loud clothing and dance the night away.

The “Make Noise to Save a Life” benefit will be held on Saturday, Feb. 20 at the House of Blues Boston, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., located at 15 Lansdowne Street. Admission is a $20 donation to the Samaritans, ages 16 and up welcome. For more information or to purchase tickets, email [email protected].
