1st Annual Bowl for Wishes

Please join us at the 1st Annual Bowl for Wishes event benefiting the Northern Nevada Make-A-Wish Foundation® on Saturday, March 24, 2007 from 10 to 4 at the Grand Sierra Resort Bowling Alley. Enjoy food, drinks, prizes and bowling fun for everyone!

All funds raised will benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Northern Nevada and be used to make dreams come true for children in our area.

Through our activities, we give local children fighting life threatening illnesses a chance to experience a dream. If only for a short time, the wish experience can help children and their families put their illnesses, treatments, doctors and hospitals into the background and create memories that will bring joy to the families for years to come.
Every year, the cost of granting wishes increases. Our fundraising goal for this event is to raise enough money to fully fund wishes for a least six deserving children. Last year, we provided 35 children in our community with their dream. With everyone’s help this event can help us increase the number of children we help.
