Make a Jazz Noise Here - Art Show Celebrates the San Jose Jazz Festival August 7, 2009

They say there are three distinct American artforms; the feature film, jazz music and the comic book. Join us at the SLG Art Boutiki on Friday August 26th as we turn our attentions to the innovative nature of American creativity when we fuse jazz with comics with our Make A Jazz Noise Here show celebrating the opening night of the San Jose Jazz Festival. Our art show will feature work by Boutiki favorite James Turner (of Rex Libris fame), Scott Saavedra (Java Town), Karl Christian Krumpholz (Famous Drunkards) and many others, Live music supplied by Slab Yard sharing their funky freeform jazz explorations.
