Maine Maple Syrup Sunday March 28, 2010

We are preparing a few special items this weekend in honor of Maine Maple Syrup Sunday. The items are Zesty Grilled Maple Salmon, Pecan Encrusted Chicken Breast with Maple Glaze and to round things out Maple Syrup Sundaes. The Merrifield Farms of N. Gorham is providing the fresh maple syrup. We will be serving the specials on both Sat and Sun.

The Merrifield Farms is also hosting a pancake breakfast Sunday morning.
