Magic Ray Jazz is a collection of jazz musicians devoted to performing in and supporting locally-owned establishments generally in the immediate areas along the eastern part of the Washington DC beltway. Please join us to support live jazz and our local small businesses.

The band plays jazz mostly from the real books. Occasionally, they use European melodies, cinematic music, commercial jingles, and cartoon music and play them in straight jazz.
