Maggie’s resume reads like Zelig’s autobiography. Devoted Painter, Singer, Musician, Public Speaker, Studied in Medicine, Completed Facial Reconstructions for law enforcement and has taught everything from Art History to Anatomy from Virginia to China. Her work covers subjects as varied as the architecture of Italy and France to Barbie & Ken Dolls. The common theme in all of her subjects is how vivid and expressive they appear on the canvas. “Still lifes are anything but still” Siner professes and her Italian scenes featured at the glave kocen gallery this December are intense and impossible to ignore. Maggie is in complete command of her craft, exact in her control of light and atmosphere and most importantly, she knows when to put the brush down.
