Madly Bangalee - FIlm. Director : Anjan Dutt.It is a film about coming of age, about youngsters in the urban milieu trying to make it big on the music scene. Madly Bangali by Anjan Dutt is a musical about a modern-day rock band of the same name. Dutt calls Madly Bangali a 'rock movie' as the film traces the evolution of rock music from the seventies'. With each generation that makes an appearance in the film, there is music of the corresponding era. Different from Dutt's last release, Bong Connection, the film has a violent feel to it and touches on issues like sex, abortion and terrorism.
