A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Tim Scott is the Executive Chef for Macy’s North and is responsible for creating mouth-watering menus for 20 full-service restaurants and 45 other fresh food operations across the country. He is currently working on integrating fresh food concepts nationwide for the Macy’s Food Division as he teaches cooking classes for children and adults.
