MacBeth (One Act) November 1, 2009

'Macbeth' is Shakespeare's horror-filled tale of fate and ambition; of bloody deeds done in the dark but never erased in the mind. Director Jen Shirley, herself a master teaching-artist, presents the story as a one-act ensemble piece performed by The Chekhov Theatre Ensemble, an award-winning resident company of actors trained in the methodology of Russian master Michael Chekhov. The Ensemble is made up entirely of actors who work as teaching-artists for Stages of Learning.
