The proposal from our development team for the MacArthur BART Transit Village has dramatically changed - we want you to see the new project design! The developers have switched from a design b ased on two tall towers and over 800 units to a samller project that involves lower height buildings. We also want you to hear about the agreement that the City of Oakland is about to enter into with the developer.
